Nadia Reeves trained at the Birmingham Conservatory at Stratford and has spent twenty years at the intersection of classical and contemporary Canadian theatre, moving easily between Shaw Festival summers and seasons at Factory and Tarragon. She is known for a warmth in performance that never tips into sentimentality — a quality that makes her invaluable in the supporting architecture of ensemble plays where a single underpowered performance can collapse a scene. She appeared in the original cast of Peter Kellow's River Without Banks and has played leading roles at the Neptune, the Citadel, and the Grand Theatre in London.
